Preparation of novel UV-curing Si-containing EA nanocoating and its performance

新型含Si环氧丙烯酸酯纳米涂层的制备及性能

Abstract: To make a new Si-containing epoxy acrylate(EA) nanocoating with excellent heat resistance and flame retardation,a series of UV curing new Si-containing EA nanocoatings were prepared by adding KH-570-modified nano-SiO2,organic silicon modified EA and nano-Mg(OH)2 as UV curable formula components. UV curing system’s heat resistance,flame retardant and optical properties were characterized by FTIR,UV-Vis,SEM,oxygen index instrument and TG. The result showed that UV curable nanocoating’s thermal stability and flame retardation can be improved,when the KH-570-modified nano-SiO2 was added in the organic silicone-modified EA,and its transparency still remained excellent;nanocoating’s thermal stability and flame retardation were both the best,when the content of modified nano-SiO2 reached 5%;the system's flame retardation was further improved,when nano-Mg(OH)2 was further added into above-mentioned UV formulation.

摘要: 为了制备耐热、阻燃性能优异的新型含Si环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)纳米涂层,以KH-570改性纳米SiO2和有机硅改性EA作紫外固化(UV)组分,并在配方中加入纳米Mg(OH)2,制备了系列UV固化新型含Si EA纳米涂层。通过红外光谱仪、紫外可见光谱仪、SEM、氧指数仪、热重分析仪等研究了UV固化体系涂膜耐热、阻燃及光学性能。结果表明:在有机硅改性EA中添加KH-570改性纳米SiO2,可以提高纳米涂层热稳定性和阻燃性,同时使其保持优良透明性;当改性纳米SiO2含量达5%时,涂膜耐热、阻燃性能均最佳;同时在体系中加入纳米Mg(OH)2,可进一步改善体系的阻燃效果。
